The Services are an experimental research project operated by Hyperspace ("we", "us"). Features may change, break, pause, or disappear at any time, without notice. Data — including sealed decisions, receipts, scores and jevcoin balances — may be reset or migrated. We make no commitment to uptime, continuity or support.
Answers produced by the Services are the pooled output of probabilistic AI models ("decisions"). They may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or biased, and they can be confidently wrong. Decisions are not professional advice of any kind — not legal, medical, financial, safety or other advice — and you must independently verify any output before relying on it. You are solely responsible for how you use outputs.
API keys and browser identities are bearer credentials: whoever holds them can use them. You are responsible for keeping yours safe and for all activity under them. Bring-your-own provider keys are passed through to the relevant provider and are never stored by us; your use of third-party models is also governed by those providers' own terms.
Jevcoin is play-money inside the Services: it is non-transferable, cannot be bought or sold, confers no rights, and has zero monetary value. It exists for fun and for measuring participation. Nothing in the Services is an offer of a security, currency, or investment of any kind.
Parts of the API are metered and priced as published at the time of use. Prices, quotas and tiers may change. Charges already incurred are not refundable except where the law requires.
THE SERVICES AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HYPERSPACE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY OUTPUT. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where that is the case, these limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.
We may suspend or terminate access (including revoking keys) at any time, for any reason, including abuse of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may update these Terms; the current version lives at this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
